Question : Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type your question here... Hi my name is XXXXXXX Hartman but I go buy as Anna and I have trouble urinary like it never come out and if it does it's hurts. What should I do?

From what you describe, you could have a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted disease. The best way to find out is to have a urinalysis and urethral swab. Have you had unprotected intercourse lately? Any fever, abdominal pain?

Hi again,

It definitely sounds like a urinary tract infection. My advice would be to go see your doctor for kidney function tests and have a urine sample send for cultures and then possibly start antibiotics.
