I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Usual causes of increased blood calcium are parathyroid gland overactivity, excess intake of calcium and vitamin D supplements and some cancers like multiple myeloma.

Such patients need evaluation including parathyroid hormone assay and gland radiography.
Patients should keep themselves well hydrated, avoid calcium and vitamin D supplements and avoid milk and dairy.
