Question : surely
ia m 55 -male and during a few recent nights of XXXXXXX sleep i have awakened early to find my underwear is wet-
heading for annual physical today-all else is aok
the bed isnt wet-just my underwear-happened in the past at times years ago and just ended- no other problems- past physical were great-

This should not be a problem at annual check up.

It would be ideal to see your urologist for this.At your age even getting your prostate checked would be a good idea.
