Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.
In the current scenario, the only thing you can do is to get as much rest as possible, maintain proper nutrition and hydration and avoid stress.
Further management can be planned after investigation. Firstly, confirmation of the condition is needed.
Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. Upload reports if possible. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
I would like to offer some information about the subject.
1. In the several cases of identical twins, there is uneven distribution of the placenta. This is a casual observation and does no harm.
2. In the twin to twin transfusion syndrome or TTTS, the uneven distribution leads to increased blood flow to one twin from the other due to aberrant vascular connections.
3. The donor twin is depleted and strains to conserve fluid. The function of the kidneys is suppressed and hence urinary output is slowly stopped. There is associated oligohydramnios.
4. The recepient twin suffers from excess fluid, circulatory overload and the consequences like heart failure, polyhydramnios etc.
5. Depending on the severity of the condition, the stage of pregnancy and associated factors, further management is planned.
As of now, since your doctor is investigating your condition, you may wait until proper clarification.
Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.
regards,
Shanti.V.
