Question: Hi Doctor! I am very worried now for my CBC blood work report after repeating my blood test after 6months.

In December 2023 everything in the report was normal except hematocrit it was 50.5% it supposed to be between 40% to 50% and doctor said it is because of dehydration and my hemoglobin was 168.

Now again yesterday when I went for my CBC blood work this time my hemoglobin came high 177 and my hematocrit came 51.1%

Now I don’t know is it because of dehydration or what and yes yesterday before going for blood work I took one energy drink and On daily basis I take energy drink 2 or 3 473ml cans and after drinking those it makes me to urinate and I know this is normal going for urine after taking such drinks.

I also drink water too but not that much only when I feel thirsty.

I do smoke varying day pressure sometimes 8 sometimes 14 per day.

And I drink whisky on weekend Friday and Saturday.

I know these all are bad for body but I will quit from now.

I am worried do I have blood cancer leukemia or what I have that my these two things came high?

I really want to keep my all levels down pls help do I have some problem or disease or what ? Thank you!

I am also attaching my spouse and my eGFR reports as well and both reports reasons mentioned are different but values are same so why they mentioned for her could have CKD disease with stages and for me they mentioned something else .

Hi doctor

So no I don’t feel breathlessness while doing strenuous work.

But when I drunk and i sleep in front of fan facing my face then in the morning while in hangover sometimes I feel that not able to breath properly tightness.

I have been smoking since last 3.5 years and last year in May 2023 I had chest Xray and in that everything came normal.

I am trying my best to quit smoking and alcohol. But please explain if you able to judge what this could mean.

Hi doctor so could please let me know is my RBC levels raised coz under RBC and WBC its showing normal and hemoglobin is slightly high.

Also does this test if they are high also in the test reports does it means i have cancer or something?

Also just want to confirm does shortness of breath feel like nose is close stuffy? Because sometimes when i sit longer i feel my nose are blocked and when i stand and walk my nose open up and on taking steam also nasal passage feels normal breathable…

From last two days i feel stuffy nose as well so if you have other disease or shortness of breath does it same feel like nose is stuffy and all what i describe in the previous message
