Hi,
I have gone through your question what I think is there is no such side effect of overdosing of flu shot.
at the most you will feel body ache and fever for 2 to 3 days that is also at the nothing more than that.
there is no cva long term and short term side effects of overdose of flu shot till flu shot history, so I think you should not worry.
if you develop body ache fever then you can take paracetamol whenever needed that's all.

I received a flu shot today. The flu shot was given to me by my work. After I clocked out of work I realized that I had already received a flu shot about a week ago. Now I am incredibly worried. This week has been so busy I just forgot. What is going to happen to me?
