Question : HI. Coincident with what I will describe later, I have lost all interest in sex. Nothing all day or night. --- I was working very hard on talks I was giving - I started to have very bad dreams - I would wake up upset. After I finished preparing and gave the first talk I felt no more stress. Then I started to have episodes that started with a warning in my stomach then when to my brain - a very unpleasant XXXXXXX vu sometimes making my sternum and stomach vibrate - leaving a very bad feeling. I also have a short 1 second episode that is just a burst to my neck and head -usually triggered by a XXXXXXX I am very fit - bike or xc ski 2 hours a day. I sleep about 9 hrs though I have to get up to urinate 4 times. I eat well.

There is no obvious reason for low libido. You can just relax.

Hello,
Decrease in libido is probably due to advancing age.
Certain drugs can also cause decrease in libido.
Your fitness level and sleep is normal. vu can happen normally in individuals.
Feeling of vibrating sternum and stomach can be anxiety.
Your doctor has rightly suggested you to just relax.
