Question : This rash (warming sensation/sticky/raised dark bumps) on my penis has occurred twice in 4 months. Bumps last about 3 days. The only sexual contact I’ve had without a condom for over a year is a brief handjob (less than 30 seconds).
Urinalysis clean & urine sample for gonnerhea and chlamydia clean.Herpes, syphilysis, and HIV test clean.
Doctor has prescribed a steroid.
My questions:
1. What STD could this be from a handjob
2. What other explanation for the recurring bumps and continuous sticky/warming skin feeling ? Almost like an friction burn feeling.
I’ve been using same soap, condoms, and laundry detergent for a long time.

Brief Answer:
Regarding genital complaints
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
A hand job doesn't lead to any STD. The skin that you have marked on your penis seems pretty ok. Avoid soaps etc on genital skin as they themselves can cause irritation and perhaps are causing burning sensation in your case. Just use plain lukewarm water to clean the skin. You may continue with the steroid cream for a week as that would take care of irritation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
