Question : I had acne which broke and later formed blackhead and some blackheads came out leaving visible pores in my cheeks area, how can i make my pores and black mark at certain spots to fade or go away. Please recommend me something so that i helps me with that.What about active acne? as you can see i have one in my face, so should i apply tretinoin over it too or should i avoid that? Also i have small pimple all over my shoulders area which eventually breaks and leaves marks, is there any solution for that too? Also can i get the prescription for those medicines?

Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
You have fresh acne lesions as well as scars.
Apply tretinoin cream 0.025% daily in night over both fresh lesions and scars.
Apply clindamycin 1 % gel over the fresh lesion only in morning.
Use Ahaglow or any glycolic acid based face wash to wash your face in evening.
Reduce oil intake in diet.
