Brief Answer:
No surgery required

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There is angulation in lateral view of x-ray, so it requires correction.
It can be done conservatively without surgery .So go for corrective planter, in future there will be no change in shape and strength of hand.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health.
