Question : i take oxyodone 20 mg 4 x and get loud tinnitis and anxiety keeping me awake at night-is there an alternative (tramadol gave me panic attacks)?

High opioid dose could be the reason for tinnitus or anxiety you are having. If you are developing panic attacks with Tramadol then Hydrocodone can be tried. This should help you and should not give you tinnitus.
