What Are Mirnite Meltab And Tryptomer Prescribed For?

Question : I have been advised by doctor to try for two weeks tryptomer 25 mg tab at bed time for two weeks and if suits continue. Rarlier I was advised mirnite metlab 15 mg which I took for about 6 months and left in Feb 2015. Can you advise what is the difference between two medicines and what for these are used. It seems these are for depression. For about 4 years I was put on dexit 50 but which doctor advised me to take for whole life but when I was prescribed mirnite metlab doctor stopped daxit 50 on plea that it is bascicall for sress related problem and not depression. Can you clear my doubts on above and guide me what is best for me and I thank you in advance for that. I am a diabetic and skin allergy patient.

Skin. It is childhood problem which I am carrying on. Twice biopsy was done, one in 1976 and second in 2002 and the last findings were MUCULAR AMYLOIDOSIS. Many skin specialists consulted but no relief. Perhaps between 1977 to 2001 never bothered much about it because of my busy schedule and it has aggravated.

Gastro: It is also old problem. 3 times endoscopy was done in 2003 and findings were Esophageal Candidiasis, gastritis and Pylori + Last endoscopy was done in XXXXXXX 15 and same results. This time brush cytology and findings were negative for malignant cells, positive for fungal elements-consistent with candida species. HIV I &II reports also were negative.

Diabetes: Till 2006 three months average was around 6.5 and thereafter it remains in range 7.1 to 7.9

\B.P It remains in range 140=70 with Telma 40

Nero: SNCV test in 2007 and result was Sensori motor mixed polyneuropathy.
I was having uneasiness with my eight left and I went to Dr JD Mukerji in XXXXXXX I was under his treatment almost for 6 years but no improvement

Ortho: Number of times MRIs, X-Rays were taken. Only reply was it is age related problem. In 2016 Joint replacement Surgeon said that your left hip jointy replacemen

t. But X-rays from 2010 to 2016 states the same position. While Ortho consultants state there is no need for surgery, Surgeon says go for it. 2016 X-ray reports say Spine - Marginal osteophytes seen arising from vertebral bodies, height normal. no focal lytic or sclerotic lesion and end plates and disc spaces

normal report for Pelvis with both hips -Enteropathy seen in pelvis, osteoarthritic changes seen in pelvis

I am completely confused now what to do. I am presently taking medicines Telma 40, libo M 0.3,Tryptomer, Flodart Plus I have appointment with neuro tomorrow.
My problems are: I lost my sleep after I was put on antibiotic and fungus medicines on first endoscopy in 2004, which I have not been able to get back and have to depend on anti anxiety /stress medicine and second problem is with my right leg particularly knee and foot. If you can suggest some doctor in South XXXXXXX who can examine my case and help me out I shall be obliged I am also forwarding you latest blood test reports through email received fro Thyocare.
