Question : I have a history of hemipalegic migraines from age 20-31. I am now experiencing vestibular migraines much more frequently then I did them hemipalegic and with increased symptoms vertigo loss of hearing and tinnitus. Should I be concerned that my migraines and auras have made such a drastic change? I haven’t had a hemipalegic migraine since these vestibular ones have started.
Brief Answer:
Vestibular migraine is equally worse
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Vestibular migraine is equally worse as Hemiplegic migraine. It's not a good sign that the character of your migraine has changed drastically. Please avoid stress, prolonged screentime, lack of sleep and sunlight. Please drink plenty of water. Avoid eating oily, spicy food. Do regular physical exercise yoga on daily basis.
Take care.
