Question : My cycle is of 28 days. I was taking clomid 50 mg on day 4-8, on day 10 I had a follicle of 14 mm & endometrial thickness was 5 mm. Today is my day 12 and the follicle is 22 mm & endometrial thickness is 6.6 mm. I had started taking Tab Progynova 2mg (1----1). What are my chances of conceiving ?

Dominant follicle grows normally at a rate of 2-3mm/day.Your follicle has a healthy growth. Endometrium thickness is in the optimum range(5 to 7mm) and definitely will be receptive to implantation (essential for pregnancy) in this range.Both have a good response to the treatment and chances of pregnancy is more than 60% (according to studies) which is a very good.Your chances of conception is quiet high.Suggest close followup.
