Question: Hi doctor, my partner and I are virgin but we tried rubbing our organs and he wore condom. While rubbing a little cum fell on my vagina not totally near vagina but near to vagina. Is it good to take ipill even though we didn't have sex?

During menstrual cycle, there are higher chances of fertilization on certain days. Therefore I need to know when was your last menstrual periods.
If the cum was secreted outside and whole time he was wearing a condom, then there are nill chances of pregnancy. I don't see the need for i-pill from the given description.
