Question: What are chances of pregnancy? He out too in without condom did not cum inside . I took morning after pill 12 hours later it was 5 days before I was expected to ovulate. Now 5 days passed since taking plan b and I feel fatigue slight cramps and very mild spotting please help

The fact that you had sex in your safe period , 5 days prior to your timed ovulation period, so the chances of pregnancy were anyhow low. Moreover you have take an after pill within 12 hrs of intercourse, which is correct to avoid unplanned pregnancy. You have started with spotting per vague within next 5 days of after pill intake which indicate that this is start of your withdrawal bleed which is as expected. The bleeding shall increase in next 2 days , keep yourself well hydrated. Fatigue and slight cramps are part of PMS or progestognenic withdrawal side effects of after pill. You are unlikely to be pregnant.

This bleeding marks the start of your fresh new period cycle and the next menses should be expected only after a month from this cycle bleed. Often the next 2-3 periods are delayed by 10-15 days as a known side effect of emergency contraceptive pill.

Hi there would extreme fatigue be side effect of the pill ? Also just to be sure … I too plan b 12 hours after he did not cum inside me but tip of his or is went inside. I was due to ovulate 5 days from when this happened took plan b and 5 days after I had bleeding that lasted about 6 days . Was this my period? If so it was16 day early . Am I pregnant ?

Hello,
The bleed that you had after the plan b was a withdrawal bleeding which was due to plan b intake indicating that you are safe from pregnancy. Also it marks the start of your fresh cycle on april 2 2022.

The presence of egg white discharge on day 8 today of your cycle could be preovulatory mucoid discharge as this could be due to early ovulation in your case. however if you wish to be conclusive on ruling out pregnancy, then you may get a serum beta hcg test done which is a blood test. if the hcg is less than 5mIU then you are surely not pregnant.
