Brief Answer:

Thyroup and Thyronorm are same with different brand names

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

First of all you seem to have hypothyroidism. Can you upload reports of TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Anti TPO antibody tests.
Whether all these were done.

Second, why was the test done in first place? Do you have any symptoms of tiredness, too much sleepy, weight gain, swelling of the thyroid gland?

The dose of thyroid replacement should be titrated after every two weeks and no doctor can easily pinpoint the dose correctly unless you retest every month for a couple of months.

Theoretically, it should be started with a low dose and gradually increase but to get quick results most doctors do the reverse which is not ideal.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
