Question : just got over a bad cold had for about 6wks This morning woke up really dizzy, a little shaky, chills no fever

The dizziness and chills may indicate that you may be coming down with another infection but you can monitor over the next few days to see if additional symptoms develop

Some viral infections are mild and last only a few days. The most common viral illnesses involve the respiratory tract (cold/flu ) or the gastrointestinal tract.

If your fluid levels or appetite are still not back to normal then electrolyte abnormalities may contribute to your dizziness.

At this stage ,rest and making sure to use enough fluids would be the main stay of treatment.
As other symptoms occur, these would also be treated as well.
