Thanks for posting your query. From when do you have fever? Do you have any other symptoms such as cold, cough, vomiting or loose motions?
You can take tab. Dolo 650 mg every 6hours once or as and when required to a maximum of 4 tablets per day. Viral fever will subside on its own within 3 to 5 days. If your fever is persisting for more than 5 days you can get some blood tests done.
