Brief Answer:
60 to 100 bpm

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The normal pulse rate is 60 to 100 bpm. There are some persons who are physically fit who may have a pulse in the 50's.

If the pulse is below 60 and associated with symptoms such as weakness or dizziness then investigation and treatment is needed
A low pulse is called bradycardia

If the pulse is greater than 100, then investigations to determine the possible cause and treatment is also needed
A high pulse is called tachycardia

I hope this helps, feel free to ask anything else
