Question : hi, I have noticed pink patches that are palpable close to my underarms. i attached picture and i can feel the texture difference when i slip my fingers over them. thanks

I have reviewed the attached photograph though it’s not very clear.
Are you taking about the linear red lines?
They are looking like stretch marks and are associated with sudden loss or gain in weight of the affected part.
