Brief Answer:
No need to test HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
In your case you never had any high risk exposure or contact, and chance of transmission is nil.
There is no need to test as well.
If you are worried much, you can go for a test just for reassurance.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Very unlikely

Hi,
In your case there is no definite high risk exposure, you don’t have any symptoms as well.
WBC does not give any clue regarding HIV or other STDs.
You can go for a simple screening test just for reassurance.
Hope I have answered your query.
