Question : my husband drinks a lot of merlot wine and smoke pot daily. He is also having bloodletting treatments. Do the wine and pot add to his challenge?

Both wine and pot increase his blood pressure and have ill effects on the heart and blood vessels. According to me, cannabis makes his blood thicker and interfere with anti-platelet drug function though it might not directly affect blood letting treatments. Hope this answers your query.
