Brief Answer:
Anti anxiety drug will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The 3kg loss of weight can be due to redistribution of the body fat and muscle mass. You have a healthy weight even now and you need not worry regarding regaining the lost weight. Having a healthy diet with good protein will help in regaining the lost strength and muscle mass. Do not reduce the amount of daily exercise as it will help in toning the muscles.
The insomnia- difficulty in falling asleep can be related to stress and anxiety. It is best to consult your physician and get a good anti anxiety drug prescribed for you.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Better take a protein rich diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
It is better to have a healthy protein rich diet instead of taking the supplements. You can add lean meat and eggs to your diet. It will both help in increasing the muscle mass and will reduce the chances of muscle injuries.
Hope my answer is helpful.
