Hi,

Please note that there are no typical signs that suggest XXXXXXX 's esophagus.
Signs and symptoms are the same of acid reflux like pyrosis, bloating, chest burning sensation etc.
Barret 's esophagus is diagnosed by upper GI endoscopy and biopsy.
