Question : Need advice on whether I have genital warts or herpes. There is no discharge from the bumps. They itch slightly on occasion. Have been told they could be either from 2 different doctors.

Dear Sir

They are neither Herpes nor Warts.
They are inspissated or retained secretion especially the smegma. They is also redness and erythema surrounding the bumps which is due to Balanitis usually fungal in origin.
Local application of combination of Steroid like Betamethasone along with Antifungal like Clotrrimazole will heal the inflammation.

Warts are usually outgrowth which are projectile like little cauliflower. Herpes are usually painful ulceration.

Do not be worried.
