Premature ejaculation (PE) occurs when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation.

Flexing and strengthening your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle can help you exert more control over ejaculation. Also there are set of exercises called Kegel exercises which help to overcome PE.
