Question : Hello Doctor, My father had severe cough a week before, He is a doctor, a general Physician. He was worried of COVID Infection and immediately took a rapid antigen kit test and a chest CT Scan. The rapid kit test showed negative but the CT Scan showed mild lung infection. I have attached the CT Scan Report. He is vaccinated already ( 2 doses - Covishield ) But then within 2 days the symptoms subsided and was off. His Blood oxygen saturation level is also normal. He has no symptoms now but says he feels tired always. As we have a 2.5 yrs old baby in home we are worried of going to a hospital to have consultation and thought of having an online consultation. Should he go for any other tests are any other treatment required. Please advice on the same. Thanks.

Start multivitamin tablets. Get done CBC and CRP.

Hi,
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the images you have attached.
No need to worry for CT findings.
In my opinion, you should start Multivitamin tablets like Zincovit and Limcee.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Get done CBC and CRP for tiredness and weakness.
If blood reports are normal, vitamin tablets will help for symptomatic relief.
