Brief Answer:
interaction between fluconazole and azithromycin

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As you stated there is an interaction with fluconazole but it is with azithromycin. You can cross check if you wish using drugs.com drugs interaction checker. You would have to be very careful using this combination.

Both of these meds prolong the Qtc interval of the heart- this Qtc interval is basically the time it takes for certain 'signals' to go through the heart.
If it is prolonged it can lead to abnormal heart rhythms.

There are no significant interactions between tramadol and azithromycin or fluconazole and tramadol

Oral thrush can sometimes extend further than the mouth and this would cause the waspy sensation that you described

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
