Question: Hi... I breast feed my infant who is 7 months old. Today I accidentally took ecosprin av75 which is my mothers medication instead of my usual iron tablet. I'm worried if I can breastfeed

I understand that you have inadvertently taken a low dose aspirin tablet. Although aspirin is best avoided while breast feeding, it should not be a problem if you breast feed your baby after 2 hours, assuming that you are not long term on ecosprin (aspirin).
