I have seen the attached report and it looks like you are suffering from hypothyroidism. Here is what will happen if you are not treated

1 lethargy , sleepiness and dullness
2. weight gain
3. Irregular periods
4. Weight loss
5. constipation

She has none of the symptoms mentioned by you. One prominent symptom is intolerance to cold.

Intolerence to cold is also a feature of hypothyroidism. Taking thyroid pills is of more benefit than not taking them. I recommend that she takes it

There are no side effects if adequate doses are given, patients tend to tolerate it well. It is important to check tsh once every 3 months
