Dear Ma'am,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.

Unfortunately, using Azithromycin with Warfarin may increase the risk of bleeding. Using them together should be monitored by PT/INR blood testing to avoid bleeding events..

Also, using Tegretol with Daliresp may render Daliresp ineffective or reduce its efficacy...
