Question : What is the effect of parazone on the human head? Can parazone be applied to a person's head to help cure a tumor in the brain?

It may be someone's belief or myth that Parazone is used as an anticancer drug.But,of course!its not.

It is a herbicide and has no evidence to be used as antitumor agent in human beings.
