I would like to know as to :
1. what are the best foods to take to maintain strong Bones,Muscles and joints?
2.what kind of tests are available to check ones bone density,strength?

Th best foods to maintain strong bones, muscles and joints should be XXXXXXX in calcium, Vitamin D3, Zinc, Boron and Phosphates.
The foods you need to take include yogurt, milk, dry fruits- dates & almonds, apples, soybean, broccoli, red grapes, peanuts, oatmeal and sesame seeds.
Lysine, Vitamin C and Vitamin K supplements do also play a major role in bone development along with calcium and Vitamin D3. You can add a multimineral supplement to your daily routine.
To check your bone strength, you can have your bone mineral density assessed and get your serum calcium and D3 levels analyzed.
