It would be very difficult for me to help you unless you let me know of the exact symptoms that you are facing

Could you let me know the following?
1. Nature of the pain, duration of the pain, any aggravating or relieving factors, any XXXXXXX like features.
2. Any associated fever, cold and cough, stomach pain, history of injury, etc
3. Your diet and water intake.
4. Any medications if you are on.
5. Any chronic diseases like high BP or Diabetes, etc if you are suffering from.
