Question : yesterday morning while I was drinking coffee, I had a dizzy spell vomited a little bit and I had a very bad night sleep still a bit lightheaded, but otherwise OK. What do you think doctor

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that dizziness and vomiting may be related to blood pressure. Either low or high blood pressure may cause dizziness and vomiting.
Also benign paroxysmal vertigo may be a cause of it.
I think you may need to measure the blood pressure first.
