Regarding genital lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Yes, possible but I request you to kindly upload a few good quality images in well illuminated surroundings so that I can be sure about the diagnosis. The earlier images were too dark to comment on anything with surety.

Possibility of Angiokeratoma
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have viewed the image. It is a little better from the earlier ones.
As you say that they look like moles and are bumps. The closest possibility that I can think of is that perhaps they are Angiokeratoma of the vulva. They don't look like warts. Angiokeratomas is not an STD.
I would like to know do they bleed?
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Possibility of Angiokeratoma (vulval)
Detailed Answer:
Hi.. Let me clarify.
Angiokeratomas don't usually bleed spontaneously. They bleed on trauma e.g after scratching or being picked at. Bleeding is out of proportion to the degree of trauma.
I suggest you to kindly visit a dermatologist in your region for a physical examination. That would be confirmatory.
Regards
