Question : Dear doc, I went to a spa yesterday and had a body to body massage. She was a young Asian girl and I do not know about her hiv/std status. She removed her clothes and started rubbing her breasts to my body and even touched her nipples with my unprotected erect penis. She kissed my body and nipples. She did not kiss any penis or balls. After that, she removed her panty, and sat on top of me. I am pretty sure there was no rubbing or penetration, but I am just worried what if her naked vagina would have touched by erect unprotected penis? Does it pose any risks for HIV/STD transmission? The massage ended with a handjob by her naked hands. No sex of anykind happened, please help. I am also 90% sure that her vagina did not touch my penis or balls? But still I am worried. Please help.

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

HIV IS VIABLE ONLY IN BODY FLUIDS LIKE BLOOD, SEMEN AND VAGINAL FLUID.It can not survive outside even for few seconds. You didn't have any penetrative sex. When the vaginal fluid of an infected person came in contact with your blood through microscopic abrasions of penis during penetrative sex, there might be a chance for HIV transmission. As you didn't have any penetrative sex there is almost no chance of HIV transmission through your experience in that massage parlor. So you need not worry at all.
Even if her unprotected genital part touched your penis accidentally during the process of massage play, the HIV risk is negligible. Kissing the body and Hand job were safest practice as far as HIV transmission is concerned when compared to other type of sexual contact.
