Can HIV (or any STI) be contracted via hand-to-genital or hand-to-anus contact by a massuese? No penetrative or oral sex took place.

The transmission is theoretically possible and there are cases of hpv and herpes transmission by skin to skin contact. But this risk is extremely minor and hiv,hepatitis or bacterial stds cant be transmissed at all. wish you good health. Regards
