Brief Answer:
Almost 0.3%

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

The chances of HIV transmission in heterosexual intercourse is low and around 0.3%. In other words a person gets infected out of 300.

The chances are even low with intact mucosa and with absence of other sexually transmitted disease.

ARV is not determinant as almost all patient with ARV have detectable elevel of virus in their circulation

So it can be said that risk is low but there.
You need to visit doctor to get yourself tested to rule out possibility of HIV infection.

I helps this helps you.
Thanks and regards
