Question: Hai,
I am 27 male, 7 days before I had sex with a girl, I used condoms , and I assure condom does not break, but when she kissed I got some salaiva from her but I did not swollow it, I spit and washed it, and there is no spores in my mouth, and she also dont had any spores, but 3 days after that incident, I am getting started with frequent urination and burning sensation on the tip of the pennis, no discharge ,no spores. When I got basic urine analysis , there is no wbc, no salt, no sugar, rbc and epi cells at occ, and pus cells 1-2.
My doctor prescribed urikind 200 mg. Twice a day now I took 2 days, now frequent urination is reduced but burning at tip is stil there, especialy while sitting and standing in one place, while walking I am good. I had two beers before that sex, and I took after some months of gap. I did not tel it to my doctor that I had sex because he is my family doctor, because of this problem I am distrubing google more than 100 times a day. And I am feeling indigestion like gas formation in my stomach and burning on my stomach, and anus too. Please guide am I afected with hiv or std. Can I be saved?

Brief Answer:
Hiv is unlikely; Other STDs like herpes, Hpv and syphilis need to be tested

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have read your query in detail and I have understood your concern.

Saliva is considered to be a non-infectious fluid as far as Hiv is considered. Kissing is absolutely safe.

Protected sex is not a risk factor for transmission of Hiv.

However, protected sex does not guarantee 100% protection against all of the STDs i.e genital herpes, Hpv, syphilis can still be passed on. This is because a condom covers only distal part of shaft of penis; the base of penis, pubic region & base of scrotum are not covered by a condom.
Therefore, there is a risk of transmission of Herpes & Hpv infection through direct skin to skin contact even with protected intercourse.

Syphilis is also a risk in spite of protected sex with a condom because infectious vaginal fluids can possibly come in contact with unprotected genital skin.
The causative organism of syphilis i.e treponema pallidum present in infected secretions can penetrate intact skin of base of shaft, base of scrotum and pubic region.

Therefore, you stand at risk for these STD's i.e herpes, Hpv and syphilis and they should be appropriately ruled out by lab testing.

Usually gonorrhea and chlamydia are the most likely causes of urethral symptoms after a risky sexual encounter, however, since your sexual encounter was a protected one therefore I would rule out these.

Urethral burning imay be part of the prodrome of genital herpes.
In the absence of a clinical episode of genital herpes this possibility needs to be confirmed later on by tests Or if you develop genital sores down the line, this possibility would be self confirmatory.
There is no point testing for all these STDs right away because it is difficult to detect them so early i.e just after a week by lab testing. I suggest you to get tested for genital herpes by ELISA for type 1 and 2 Hsv at 4 weeks and for syphilis by RPR test at 4 weeks.
In the mean time if you notice any genital sores you must get yourself checked with a dermatologist/ venereologist.

Otherwise your urinalysis report is absolutely normal and does not suggest a urinary tract infection as the cause for these symptoms.

The tablet that your doctor has prescribed you is a urinary analgesic i.e to calm down inflammation and burning sensation in urethra.
I suggest you to continue with this treatment for a few days pending lab testing and close observation for any visible genital sores.

Hai doctor,
Still now I did not found any sores or discharge . But I feel fullnes in my upper abdomen after eating little bit, like two poori and one dosa, normally I eat well, any thing I eat I feel burningness and little pain in abdomen. After completing toilet I feel burningness in anus. Frequent urination. And urge to urine gone, but some pain and burning is still there. Very rarely I have itchy feeling in the tip of the pennis, heart burning is also there, is it colestrol problem , my age is 27 , my weight is 95 , is any stomach problem causes burning urination?, til now no weightloss and fever or any thing, and final question if it is sti it is curable ?

Brief Answer:
Abdominal symptoms are probably due to indigestion and gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Your upper abdominal symptoms i.e feeling of fullness, burping and pain are related to indigestion (heartburn) and gastritis. I suggest you to add an antacid like tablet pantaprazole, once Or twice daily on empty stomach i.e before breakfast and before dinner.

No, your abdominal symptoms are unrelated to feeling of burning sensation in urethra. Neither is it related to raised blood cholesterol.

I suggest you to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.
Burning sensation and itching at urethral tip can also be due to chemical urethritis; if you are washing with soaps etc they might get inside the tip of urethral and cause chemical urethtitis.
Take a blood test for genital herpes as mentioned previously i.e at 4 weeks of sexual contact.
STI's are treatable but it is yet to be established that you have genital herpes. Though genital herpes may recur.
