Question : fingered by a guy quite rough nails in vagina and rectum possably bleed inside then he went down on me. I didn't have any outside cuts ...HIV risk?!??

The risk is negligible

Hi and welcome to HCM.
This is not considered risky activity, but there is some theoretical risk so it cant be 100% ruled out. For HIV infection, it is required prolonged contact between 2 bleeding mucosal wounds so I dont think you should be concerned. However,if there is indication that partner is HIV +, you should do test. Wish you good health. Regards
