acquiring a STD this way would be very unlikely. Many pathogens die very soon after leaving the body (like Treponema pallidum which is the cause of syphilis or HIV which causes AIDS). In theory transmission is possible if live pathogens enter the body (through cuts of the skin or mucosal surfaces). In practice getting STD via shared clothes is not realistic.
