Brief Answer:
Chances of HIV through oral sex is low

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

HIV risk through oral sex is low as per CDC, XXXXXXX

Bite mark over your cheek, inner or outer aspect? This would not be possible while receiving a oral sex.
You are not sure whether the Bite mark is active or not, that means that it was healed already. It might not be a bite mark, may be due to some other non-venereal skin condition.

Hello dr,
Right now i have a cold and sore throat. My concerns is while i was doing the blow job the male fluid did not come into my mouth. Even though that I might've had bite mark that in in aware of that I did to my self. My concerns is the pre cum or the pre ejactlation. I do not know if I can in contact with it or notice it. am I at risk of hiv?

Even though he told me that he picks girls to do the oral sex not any girl to do with. But still worried about infection

And I have read that there is no medical evadance of oral sex can transmit hiv because of the slaiva contains a lot of enzymes that can Provent hiv. How true is that

Brief Answer:
Lysozyme present in saliva can kill HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

Theoretically precum can transmit HIV, but the chances are still lesser than that of a contact with whole semen. Very remote possibility.
Salivary concentration of virus is not adequate to cause an infection unless it is contaminated with blood. It is quite correct that human saliva has an enzyme called as Lysozyme which is inimical to HIV or could destroy HIV.

Brief Answer:
A negative HIV test will clear all doubts and relieve your tension.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Cold and sore throat can occur to anybody (from children to elders) even without HIV. So also your sore throat would not necessarily be due to HIV. There is nothing wrong to have a HIV test and rule out the possibility which can relieve your tension.
