Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV infection and less risk of STDs after oral sex

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. It is clear from the above event that you never had vaginal penetrative sexual intercourse with the unknown girl.

2. The sexual activity was limited to oral sex which she performed on you. There is almost nil chances of HIV transmission through oral sex and there is no need to get tested for HIV. The rash on the chest is not related to HIV infection.

3. The oral sex is also a low risk activity for transmission of STDs. It is important to know if she had any rashes in the mouth or any sores which might indicate any active STD like herpes. If there was no mouth rashes or sores in her then there is very less chance of her transmitting any STD from the above event. If you develop any burning urination or rashes in the genital region in 21 days then please consult your doctor.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Brief Answer:
Sleepiness is because of suboxone

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Usually suboxone might cause an increased tendency to sleep. Your sleepiness is probably from taking the medicine.

2. Herpes causes rashes like a cluster of grapes containing fluid and which might rupture.

3. HIV does not have any specific symptoms and usually the symptoms are from conditions which occur due to reduced immunity. Herpes can occur in a person with HIV and also other diseases might be there. There are some diseases which are usually seen in HIV infected people and this might affect any system in the body.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
