Question: Last morning I was on beach after that I found some soar and blisters at the end of penis near to pubic hair.at that same night I had sex with sex worker with condom but I realised that after sex that soar spot was wet with vaginal fluid is their is any chance of HIV

I appreciate you for you had a protected exposure.

When the penis covered with condom, it is quite unusual to get wet with vaginal fluid at the root or base of penis or over the pubic area unless the girl was having very unusually high secretions. It might be due to your anxiety or fear you would have felt so.
Even if it is so, the risk for HIV is negligible only. Nothing to worry.

If it disturbed you, get tested for HIV after 12 weeks and rule out possibility of HIV. Till then stick to protected intercourse and in future also it will be better always to have safe sex as you did already to avoid unnecessary mental tension.
