Question : I recently went to a massage parlor and received oral sex (with a condom). I also lightly kissed and sucked the woman's nipple. Here's where it gets complicated. My other hand felt like a mole around her other breast. It felt like a mole. To top it all off one of my teeth is slightly bleeding (it wasn't at the time all this was happening) because it needs dental work. Am I at risk?

Risk of HIV transmission is nil

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through the details.

The chances of transmission by protected oral sex, kiss , sucking nipples is nil.Just having a mole in the area does not transmit HIV.I do not see the possibility of HIV transmission by the mode described even with dental bleed.
Moreover she may be negative for HIV too.
There are some STDs like herpes which can be transmitted by kiss or skin to skin contact. The chances are higher if active lesions were present at the time of contact.

You can get back for any clarification.

Maybe I'm overreacting to something that I never do. Maybe I should wait a couple of weeks and there aren't any symptoms, I should just let it go. Would you agree doctor?
