Brief Answer:
PEP best.Status of woman unknown.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is not clear about the HIV status of partner, time since you had intercourse, any abrasions or ulcers on your genitals during inter course.
There is 1/200 to 1/2000 chances of getting HIV by vaginal intercourse even if HIV infected women.
The chances are slightly higher if during menstruation.
Not all inter course can lead to HIV infection.
The status of partner is unknown or may be negative.
As it is considered a risk PEP has to be taken best within 3 days of exposure
Now there is no other ooption to prevent if you are infected by this act other than taking antiretroviral drugs as pep within 3 days.
You can GO for HIV testing of partner.and get relieved of anxiety.
You go to a place where you get PEP immediately.

You can get back to me for clarification.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
not 100%

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
If she is negative then no chance of HIV transmission at all.
If she is positive then the chances will be 1/200 to 1/ 2000.as menstrual blood is touching penis but it is not injected in to body so slightly higher chances.all intercourse will not lead to hiv.there is never 100% chance transmission by inter course .even It is said blood transfusion has >95% chance not 100%.
You can GO for hiv RNA PCR after 11 days if facility available to relive your anxiety. If you have not taken pep.
You can get back for clarification else close the discussion and rate
Thank you
