Question : I have been paranoid I could have gotten an STD from a recent sexual encounter. I received oral sex (with a condom). As far as I know her mouth never made any contact with my skin. But I am still worried. I asked a question about it and was told not to worry.

However yesterday I noticed a couple spots that looked like bleeding under the skin or something on by scrotum. Today they are gone but what looks like red bumps are there. Could this be symptomatic of herpes or any other STD? I attached a couple pictures of the bloody spots then the red bumps. They do not hurt.

I also seem to have a general line of irritation which may be just from walking or something. I recently shaved(a couple weeks ago) so I'm not sure if i have more irritation because of that.

What do you think?

I have gone through the details and photos.

Since there is no skin contact as described, there is almost nil possibility of herpes.
The lesions appear to be due to friction or irritation causing dermatitis like picture. It is not due to STDs also is not due to herpes.

You can get back for any clarification.

Prior to the oral sex, I had touched her butt area (butt cheeks) but not her actual genitals. Is it possible I could have aquired the virus on my hands then later transferred it to my genitals? I did not touch my genitals immediately after that but would have later for example when using the restroom perhaps 10 minutes later.

Is there much risk there?

Brief Answer:
Almost nil risk of herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query

Herpes can be transmitted through skin to skin contact or even as self inoculation or auto inoculation. The risk is higher if there are active lesions at the time of contact.
It is almost nil if no active lesions.
It appears there were no lesions at the time of anal contact.
Just relax, forget the episode.
