Question : Is it possible to get any diseases from kissing alone? Not open mouth. What diseases specifically/

Herpes Simplex Type 1 infection (Cold sore or fever sore) can be transmitted throgh kissing. Moreover if there is any other infection or ulcer obviously seen over the partner also can be transmitted through kissing.

Otherwise kissing is safe only.

Syphilis, other ulcerative STD can be transmitted

Welcome back.
As I mentioned already, any infection (STD or Non STD) manifest with lesions over lip, Example Syphilis in primary or secondary stage can be transmitted. Rare presentation of any other ulcerative STDs can also be transmitted through kissing. Certain non-infectious ulcerative conditions of lip like avitaminosis, phemphigus, lupus erythematosis, XXXXXXX Johnson's syndrome etc would spread through Kissing.
